LEIPSIC Linda L. Cramer, 83, of Leipsic, passed away at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Mercy Health St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima. She was born June 7, 1941, in Bluffton to the late John C. and Ruth E. (Gangle) Phillips. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic with Pastor Marcella Ciccotelli officiating. Burial will follow in Harman Cemetery, Gilboa with military rites by Leipsic VFW, Leipsic American Legion, Amvets and DAV.
