Dolores J. Meyer, 93, of Columbus Grove, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at The Meadows of Ottawa. Born in Pleasant Township, Columbus Grove, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Velma (Jennings) Nichols. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, CLC, and Ladies Auxiliary at American Legion Post 516. A nurse aide for over 15 years, she worked at Putnam Acres Care Center and Hilty Memorial Home. Dolores enjoyed traveling, playing cards, knitting, embroidery, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
 She is survived by her children, Patti (Randy Shoemaker) Morman, Ronald (Tobi Ann) Meyer, and David (Barb) Meyer; ten grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Julie Nichols and Nettie Stechschulte. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Gilbert in 1982; daughter, Diane Meyer; and siblings, Doris Basinger and Darrel Nichols; and son-in-law Steve Morman.
 Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 30, 2024, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 520 W Sycamore St., Columbus Grove with visitation one hour prior. Visitation is also 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Hartman-Rousculp Community Funeral Home, 10879 OH-12, Columbus Grove. Burial in the church cemetery.
