OTTAWA – Charles J. Gillette, 37, of Ottawa died 1:29 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 2025 in Fostoria. He was born July 13, 1987 to David and Pam (Wolke) Gillette, who survive in Ottawa.
 Charles is survived by 2 daughters: Emily and Margaret, both of Defiance and 3 siblings: Christine (Lee) Ellerbrock of Miller City, Jonathon Gillette and Jeremy Gillette, both of Ottawa.
 Charles enjoyed hunting and working on small engines and antique engines. He also enjoyed riding his motor cycle and like to bake different kinds of cakes
 There will be a memorial mass at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf with Father Matt Keller officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the mass at church. The arrangements are under the direction of LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
