CG continues planning for housing subdivision
COLUMBUS GROVE — Village Administrator Jeff Vance informed CG village council that he had recently met with Choice One to talk about the village’s in-development housing subdivision by Hall Avenue Park, and that he needed a few questions for the engineers answered. The first question was on streetlights; Choice One told Vance that many subdivisions are now requiring homeowners to install their own front-lawn lighting, and thus Choice One wished to know if the village wished to move the development in this direction and forgo using streetlights.
