OTTAWA — Kalida’s golf team led local teams playing in the Ken Schnipke Invitational Wednesday at the Moose Landing Country Club. The Wildcats finished fourth among the 26 teams playing in the invitational with a score of 323.

CELINA — Ottawa-Glandorf’s boys golf team started the 2024 season strong Friday with a second place finish at the Celina Invitational. The Titans finished as the runner-up with a 325 team score as Liberty-Benton won the invitational with a 320 at the Celina Lynx Course.
FINDLAY — Leipsic’s return to the Blanchard Valley Conference golf scene was a successful one Monday. In the first of three BVC tournaments the Vikings finished third with a score of 248 at the Findlay Country Club.
PUTNAM COUNTY — It’s another busy week for Putnam County athletic teams as they continue to prepare for their seasons or begin their 2024 seasons. With golf teams in their first full week of their schedules, the Ottawa-Glandorf girls tennis will start their season this weekend.
