ELIDA — Ottawa-Glandorf’s girls tennis team from a loss earlier in the week to defeat Elida 3-2 in Western Buckeye League action. The Titans won both doubles matches as the first doubles of Jericha Walls and Courtney Miller claimed a 6-0, 6-1 win from the Bulldogs’ Ellen Troyer and Eva Campbell, while at second doubles the Titans’ Rylynne Verhoff and Abby Recker defeated Saige Bullock and Leila Staley 6-1, 6-0.

COLUMBUS GROVE — Five different players scored for Columbus Grove Saturday in an 8-0 Putnam County League win over Fort Jennings. Lauryn Auchmuty scored three goals for the Bulldogs (1-0-1 PCL) and had two assists, while Ella Dotson had two goals with two assists.
PANDORA — Pandora-Gilboa made quick work of Allen East Saturday morning to claim a 25-6, 25-11, 25-11 non-league win. Ava Huffman served up three aces for the Rockets on 5-of-7 serving along with 11 digs, while Makayla Suter had two aces on 11-of-11 serving with two kills.
DEFIANCE — Several local cross country runners stood out at the Obi Mouser Defiance Early Bird Open Saturday at Defiance High School. Five local runners finished in the top 10 of their respective races.
CRESTLINE — Columbus Grove’s boys cross country team turned in a strong performance Saturday morning in winning the Kip King High School Invitational at Colonel Crawford High School. The Bulldogs turned in a strong performance as they placed six runners in the top 10.
DELPHOS — A pair of Leipsic boys cross country runners finished in the top 10 Saturday at the Blue Jay Invitational at Stadium Park in Delphos. Sophomore Calvin Miller finished fifth for the Vikings running a 17:53.30 in the 96 runner field, while senior teammate Diego Baldazo ran an 18:04.84 for Leipsic.
ELIDA — The Kalida and Elida boys soccer teams played to a 1-1 draw Monday in non-league action. Landon Verhoff scored the Wildcats (2-1-2) lone goal as Owen Grime assisted.
OTTOVILLE — Ottoville won a close first set Monday on their way to a 27-25, 25-12, 25-17 nonleague win over Arlington. Erica Thorbahn served up two aces for the Big Green (7-1) while handing out 41 assists and Jocelyn Langhals had two aces.
