PANDORA — The Pandora Missionary Church is celebrating a major milestone in June. That is, the church will be celebrating its 125th Anniversary. And to no small amount of fanfare.

COLUMBUS GROVE — He is a next generation farmer, who just earned a degree in Agriculture Technology from Rhodes State College, and is quite excited to move to the next level of his own farming.

People First of Putnam County held their “Hop into Spring” Dance on May 9 at the Leipsic Community Center. Individuals enjoyed dancing, visiting friends and listening to music. The music for the event was provided by D.J. John Tadena. Attendees also played a game to help review their rights as individuals with developmental disabilities. COLUMBUS GROVE – Leipsic and Columbus Grove high school choirs performed during the Putnam County Senior Citizen’s celebration on Wednesday, May 7. The event was held at the Columbus Grove American Legion in honor of Older Americans Month.

OTTAWA — Recipients of the Step Up & Stand Out Scholarships supported by The American Legion Kerner Slusser Post 63 were honored last week.
