Putnam County YMCA reports another successful pool season
LEIPSIC — At the last Leipsic council meeting, Aaron Baumgartner, Executive Director of the Putnam County YMCA, stopped by to express his gratitude to the village for continuing to partner with the YMCA to run the village pool. Giving a brief report, Baumgartner said that there had been a lot of days this season where the pool had to be closed due to weather (lightning and the like).

Columbus Grove discusses solutions for an old downtown building
COLUMBUS GROVE — Toward the end of the last CG council meeting, Ken Wright, village resident, raised a concern about a historic building in the village’s downtown. The building in question is on the corner of Sycamore and North High Street, and due to its persistent state of disrepair it has been a subject of concern for the village for many years.

CLOVERDALE – Several activities are planned Saturday, September 14, at Cascade Park near Cloverdale. All activities are outdoors. This benefit is held annually to help cover expenses to preserve the park.
