COLUMBUS GROVE – As Memorial Day approaches, locally, there will be more and more focus on Putnam County military veterans. And there have been a lot! One of those veterans is a 1968 Columbus Grove High School graduate, who, shortly after graduation, received his: “Draft Notice.” After some basic training, it was off to war.
