A ribbon cutting was held Saturday at The Nook Cafe and Bakery in Pandora. It is located at Pendleton Plaza (formerly Hilty Home). the cafe will officially open November 9. It is part of an ongoing renovation by owners Zachary Buckland and Evan Schroeder to add an expanded child care, more businesses and senior citizen assistant living apartments in the building.
