Richard “Dick” Hiegel
 LEIPSIC – Richard “Dick” Hiegel, 92, of Leipsic, passed away at 4:55 a.m., Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at The Meadows of Leipsic. He was born July 15, 1933, in Leipsic to the late Floyd and Martha (Stoup) Heigel.
 Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 11, 2025, at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic with Pastor Ruth Carter-Crist officiating. Burial will follow at Sugar Ridge Cemetery, Leipsic with military rites by the Leipsic American Legion, VFW, AMVETS and DAV. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday and 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
