 CONTINENTAL Nelverta Rozena Skiver, 87, of Continental, passed away at 6:03 p.m., Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Defiance Inpatient Hospice. She was born December 23, 1937, in Defiance County to the late Olin and Leah (Trietch) Mansfield.
 Funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m., Friday, September 26, 2025, at North Mount Zion Church with Jules M. Schieferstein officiating. Burial will follow at North Mount Zion Cemetery, Continental. Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental and 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday prior to the service at the church.
