 KALIDA – Kenneth B. “Ken” Wehri ,77, of Kalida, died 3:36 p.m., Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Mercy Health St. Rita’s Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center, Glandorf. He was born April 16, 1948, in Lima to the late Henry and Erma O. (Miller) Wehri. On April 21, 1971, he married Theresa “Terri” Czeto and she survives in Kalida.
 Also surviving are three daughters: Annette (Craig) Good of Stevensville MT, Trina (Jason) Ball of Ottawa and Alisha (Josh) Bassett of Pandora; six grandchildren: Todd Good, Teah (Nate) Byford, Paige Ball, Tristen (Jasmine Williams) Ball, Mallory Ball and Jeremiah Bassett; eight siblings: Janet (Dewey) Heckman of Kalida, Kathy (Jerry) Ruhe of Glandorf, Leroy (Mary Jane) Wehri of Ottoville, Rick Wehri of Sand Point Idaho, Rose Riepenhoff of Ottawa, Theresa VanOss of Kalida, Mary Arnzen of Portsmouth, and Tony (Amy) Wehri of Delphos.
 He was also preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Roger Riepenhoff.
 Ken was a “semi” retired truck driver and current shuttlebus driver for O-G LifeWise Academy. He was a member of Kalida Family Outreach Center, American Huey 369 and life member of the NRA. Ken was a Vietnam veteran serving in the United States Army, where he received the Bronze Star award. He was an active member of the Ottawa American Legion Post 63, DAV and VFW Post 9142 where Ken served as Chaplain, Honor Guard and Sargeant at Arms.
 Funeral Service will begin 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Kalida Family Outreach Center with Pastor Jim Swihart officiating and Military Honors by the Ottawa American Legion, VFW, AMVETS and DAV. Burial will be held at a later date in St. Michael’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Jackson Township, and again one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church.
