Rock piles, park concerns, emotional support chickens discussed in Grove

COLUMBUS GROVE — Joanne McKanna from Columbus Grove’s recreation and parks committee was the first to address village council and shared her concerns, one of which was the continual feeding of ducks in the parks, which is problematic. Feeding ducks can draw skunks, rats and other wildlife, according to McKanna, which she asserts is ‘not a good idea’, and science agrees.
