PANDORA In a previous edition, it was explained that Pandora’s Joey Cherry is one of what’s referred to as “Logistic Leads” on a highly-complex, ongoing (since early on in the Cold War) military operation to link America’s National Command Authority with the US’s “nuclear triad.” The project is called TACAMO. This, in short, entails keeping several Navy E-6B Mercury aircraft at the ready, if incoming nuclear missiles are detected. In this case, a series of protocols are in place to get the president, or vice president, and so on, into one of these planes and out of the harm’s way of the missiles. In turn, messages will be sent from the plane to America’s nuclear submarines, missile silos and bombers, in regard to the level of a retaliatory strike, etc.
