DEFIANCE — Several local cross country runners stood out at the Obi Mouser Defiance Early Bird Open Saturday at Defiance High School. Five local runners finished in the top 10 of their respective races.

Go Ottawa Receives Grant for Christmas Event Downtown
August 21 – Go Ottawa has recently been awarded an ArtSTART grant from the Ohio Arts Council (OAC) to support efforts towards a new downtown Christmas event called Once Upon a Main Street. The OAC is a state agency that funds and supports quality arts experiences to strengthen Ohio communities culturally, educationally, and economically. Go Ottawa was 1 of 181 organizations throughout Ohio to be awarded this grant in July.
