LEIPSIC - Liberty-Benton hit more than three-point field goals than Leipsic had total field goals in posting a 64-21 Blanchard Valley Conference win Thursday evening.

The Eagles drained 10 three-pointers in the win, while the Vikings hit only seven field goals total in the loss. Liberty-Benton was 10-of-23 from the three-point line and Leipsic was 7-of-46 shooting for the game.

Liberty-Benton got off to a good start as they outscored the Vikings 21-3 in the first quarter and they were up 34-8 at halftime.

A. Lenhart had 10 points to lead the Eagles, while S. Richards and S. Shepard both had nine points.

Kierra Meyer had eight points and seven rebounds for the Vikings (0-1, 1-1) and Heather Lammers had seven points and six rebounds.

PANDORA - Cory-Rawson held Pandora-Gilboa to just seven points in the first half Thursday night on their way to a 47-26 Blanchard Valley Conference win.

The Hornets had a 13-5 lead after the first quarter and they were up 22-7 at the half. The Rockets scored half of their points in the third quarter as they put 13 points on the scoreboard to 14 points for the Hornets.

Kayla Ferguson had 15 points and eight rebounds for the Rockets (0-1, 0-2). Paige Fenstermaker had seven steals and four assists for P-G.

Cory-Rawson won the junior varsity game 18-11.
