KALIDA — Columbus Grove clinched at least a share of the Putnam County League title Wednesday afternoon with a 23-7 win over Kalida.
The Bulldogs are 5-0 in league play and are at Continental Friday at 5 p.m.
Columbus Grove didn't wait long to get the lead scoring eight times in the first inning. A seven run fourth inning helped them end the game early.
Kyrah Yinger had a pair of triples for the Bulldogs, while Micah Stechschulte had a single and home run. KAtie Roose was 3 for 5 with two doubles.

PANDORA — Pandora-Gilboa used a pair of six run innings Wednesday afternoon to defeat Vanlue 13-3 in a five inning Blanchard Valley Conference game.
The Rockets scored six runs in each of the second and fourth innings. The Wildcats scored all three of their runs in the fifth inning.
Megan Maag (4-10) picked up the win for P-G. Ashley alt had two singles and three RBIs for the Rockets (3-6, 4-10), while Maag and Hunter Hermiller both had a double and two RBIs.
