OTTAWA—  Janet B. Repko, 68, of Ottawa died 1:45 a.m. Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the University of Toledo Medical Center, Toledo.  She was born July 29, 1945 in New Cleveland to the late Cyril and Lucille (Ellerbrock) Kuhlman.  On November 27, 1965, she married John Repko who died January 18, 2014.

   She is survived by her 4 children: John Repko IV of St. Marys, Terry (Diane) Repko of Leipsic, Michelle (Gary) Blevins of Ottawa and Melissa (Ben) Buddelmeyer of Glandorf;  7 grandchildren: Victoria and Nicholas Repko, Blake and Brennen Blevins, and Ella, Ian and Adelyn Buddelmeyer; 3 brothers: Joe (Helen) Kuhlman of Leipsic, Earl (Nancy) Kuhlman of Kalida and Bill (Jane) Kuhlman of Ottawa; 5 sisters: Norma Meyer of Ottawa, Virginia Lanwehr of Ottawa, Betty (Jim) Richardson of Ottawa, Angie (Bob) Ricker of Delphos and Debra (Denny) Lammers of Glandorf.  Janet is also preceded in death by a brother, Leroy Kuhlman and 3 brothers-in-law: Ray Meyer, Duke Lanwehr and Alvin Maag.

   Janet retired from Philips Display Components in 2002.  She was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa; New Cleveland's Altar Rosary Society and the Catholic Ladies of Columbia.

   A Mass of Christian Burial  will begin at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa, with Fr. Matt Jozefiak officiating.  Burial will follow in church cemetery.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Heitmeyer Funeral Home, 916 E. Main Street, Ottawa.

   Memorials may be given to the charity of donor's choice.
