Members of St. Michael's Catholic Church and Family Outreach Center in Kalida walked together on Friday around the town. The ecumenical walk was a prayer walk with over 200 participants. The walk included stops at the St. Michael's Cemetery, town square, St. Michael's Church, Fire Department and Kalida High School. During each stop the group would pray for different people including the departed, emergency service workers, school officials and students. The one-mile walk started and concluded at Family Outreach Center.
