Criminal/July 21

Camerin T. Harrington, 24, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of carrying a concealed weapon and was fined $100. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $100.

Luke D. Lammers, 23, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to telecommunications harassment, sentenced to 180 days jail, suspended, fined $150. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of menacing, sentenced to 30 days jail, suspended, fined $100 and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. Charges of aggravated menacing and telecommunications harassment were dismissed.

Travis L. Dauterman, 24, Fostoria, pleaded no contest to assault, sentenced to 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, fined $250, one year probation, and $1,595.13 restitution to victim and no contact with victim for two years.

Jeremiah Harwell, 32, Pandora, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $100.

Anthony L. Schumacher, 30, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, fined $250, four points, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Chavelo V. Baldazo, 23, Fort Jennings, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension, sentenced to 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, suspended. He also was fined $50 for driving under FRA/non compliance and $50 for expired plates.

Bryan A. Recker, 23, Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to criminal damaging, sentenced to 90 days jail, suspended, fined $200, pay $400 restitution, perform 20 hours community service, and no contact with victim or his property for two years. He also pleaded no contest to an amended charge of hit and skip, sentenced to 90 days jail, 87 days are suspended, fined $250, perform 20 hours community service with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of criminal damaging, open container, failure to control and reckless operation were dismissed.

Harley-Davidson Lane, 20, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to underage possession, sentenced to 30 days jail, suspended, fined $250. He was also fined $50 for speeding.

Kristy F. Vermilyen, 28, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension license forfeiture and was fined $150.
