Adam J. Lomeli, Jr., 26, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of property, sentenced to 30 days jail, suspended, and fined $150. A charge of obstruction official business was dismissed.

Darlene G. Schroeder, 50, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days jail, 27 suspended, fined $250 and one-year license suspension, four points, and credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Arnulfo Noriega, 59, Defiance, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of reckless operation and was fined $150. He was also fined $75 for tail/license plate light required and $75 for open container. A charge of non-compliance suspension was dismissed.

Herrera-Avita, 37, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI, sentenced to 180 days jail, 177 suspended, fined $750, $375 suspended, six-month license suspension, six points, and credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of driving without a valid license was dismissed.

Philip D. Baney, 48, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to non-compliance suspension and was fined $100.
