November 5

Nathan D. Aguirre, 36, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to felonious assault. He faces up to eight years in prison and $15,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Dec. 16. He was originally charged with aggravated burglary.

Eric A. Kohrn, 45, Lima, was sentenced to six months in prison for tampering with coin machines, consecutive to an Allen County case and credit for 22 days served. A charge of possessing criminal tools was dismissed.

Bryant A. Rose, 28, Lima, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for trafficking in drugs (cocaine). He was given credit for two days served and must pay $500 to the MAN unit. His license was suspended for one year.

Michael K. Schwaiger, 59, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to cultivation of marijuana and possession of drugs. He faces up to 48 months in prison and $12,500 in fines and one to 10-year license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:30 a.m. Dec. 2.

Jacob A. Macke, Columbus Grove, and Anissa A. Macke, Cairo, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 12, 2003 in Cairo, and they have three children.

November 6

Scott A. Hoffman, Ottawa, and Hope Hoffman, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 16, 1999 in Ottawa, and have one child.

Leann Blankemeyer, Ottawa, and Jason A. Blankemeyer, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 14, 2000 in Lima, and have two children.

November 7

JP Morgan Chase Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure against Gregory S. Van Atta, Mount Cory, and Rose M. Van Atta, Mount Cory, in the amount of $122,380.21, plus interest and costs.

US Bank National Association, Westerville, was awarded a foreclosure against Randy Steele, Holgate, Kimberly Trehan, Holgate, and John W. Trehan, Leipsic, in the amount of $65,855.67, plus interest and costs.

November 8

Megan L. Kindilien, Continental, and Nathan L. Kindilien, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 1, 1995, and have three children.
