November 15

William G. Ford, 65, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m., Jan. 7, 2014. He had been charged with five counts gross sexual imposition.

November 18

Bobby W. Elders, 54, Oakwood, pleaded guilty to attempted theft. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:30 a.m., Dec. 16.

Nicole M. Brickman, Leipsic, was granted a divorce from Tyler S. Brickman, El Paso, Texas. They were married Aug. 13, 2012 in Hancock County, and have no children.

Amy L. Laibe, Kalida, and Samuel E. Laibe, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Dec. 19, 1981 in Ottawa, and have no minor children.

Michael Fortman, Ottawa, and Allison Fortman, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 29, 2006 in Townsand, Tenn., and have one child.

Jason P. Markward, Cloverdale, and Aubrey J. Markward, Cloverdale, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Dec. 6, 2008 in Ottawa, and have two children.

November 19

Branden M. Papay, 20, Lima, was sentenced to five days jail for failure to comply (attempt). He was given credit for one day served and placed on two years' community control.

Harold J. Kuhbander, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from Heather J. Kuhbander, Ada. They were married June 18, 1998, and have three children.

November 20

Ashley R. Tippie, 29, Marysville, was granted judicial release and ordered to complete the WORTH Program. She was originally convicted of burglary and complicity.

William J. Kious, Delphos, was granted a divorce from Linda M. Koch-Kious, Ravenna. They were married Oct. 12, 2002, and have two children.

November 21

Raven Brown, Fort Jennings, was sentenced to 10 days jail for failure to pay child support. The sentence was suspended provided she remain current in her payments and seek work. She was in arrears in the amount of $7,966.20 as of July 31, 2013.

November 27

Richard B. Lehmann, 48, Perrysburg, was sentenced to three days jail for failure to pay child support. The sentence was suspended provided he remains current in his payments and seek work.
