Alberto Gutierrez, Jr., 39, Putnam County Jail; three counts trafficking in drugs (marijuana), two counts trafficking in drugs (cocaine); and four counts permitting drug abuse (motor vehicle) with specification.

Mark E. Bird, 48, 24026 Road E G24, Continental; misuse of credit cards, theft from an elderly person, and forgery.

Larry G. Lamb, 70, 900 Buckeye Road, Lima; theft from elderly person, theft of firearms, and forgery.

Thomas J. Recker, Continental, and Christina L. Recker, Defiance, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 17, 1999 in Defiance, and have two children.

Beth Lisa Kaskel-Trentman, Ottoville, and Michael T. Trentman, Elida, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Findlay and have no children.

May 13

Andrew M. Coe, 26, Weston, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for burglary and six months in jail for intimidation of witness. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent and he was given credit for 448 days.

Richard L. Snively, 56, Putnam County Jail, was granted judicial release. He was placed on probation for two years. He must take all prescribed medications, have no contract with the victim or St. Johns Mennonite Church, not operate a vehicle for the remainder of his life, maintain a 9 p.m. curfew, and comply with all medical and mental healthcare providers. He was convicted of violating a protection order and menacing by stalking.

The Huntington National Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure against Daniel C. Brenneman, Columbus Grove, and Lucinda N. Brenneman, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $57,686.63, plus interest and costs.
