A. Sheaks, Ottawa, and Ashley A. Sheaks, Leipsic, were granted a
dissolution of marriage. They were married July 16, 2005 in Defiance,
and have one child.
Watkins, Pandora, and Jeffery Watkins, Ottawa, were granted a
dissolution of marriage. They were married April 17, 2010 in Gilboa, and
have no children.
Price, 46, Lima, was sentenced to 30 days jail for violating the terms
of supervision. The violations include changing her residence without
permission Oct. 19, 2013 and using marijuana Oct. 17, 2013. She was
given credit for nine days served. She was originally convicted of
breaking and entering.
Shana L. Saldana, 32, Lima, was sentenced
to 10 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations
include attempting to take property from Walmart in Lima Aug. 24, 2013,
operating a car in Allen County without a valid operator’s license and
failing to report a law enforcement contact Sept. 19, 2013. She was
placed on three years’ community control, pay a $500 fine, undergo drug
and alcohol-use monitoring and notify her healthcare providers of her
current prescriptions. She was originally convicted of trafficking in
Abbie L. Holton, 25,
Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to theft of checks. She faces up to 12 months
in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence
investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2:30 p.m. April 3. A
charge of forgery (uttering) was dismissed.

Plano, Texas, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Keith A.
Lammers, Findlay, and Crystal L. Lammers, Columbus, in the amount of
$139,975.29, plus interest and costs.
