Donna Wolke-Laubenthal, Ottawa, was appointed trustee for the Putnam
County Free Public Library to a term to expire Dec. 31, 2016.
R. Warner, 24, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to permitting drug abuse. She
faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines and six months to
five years license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence
investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m. April 8.
Home Loans, Inc., Irving, Texas, was granted a foreclosure against
Darwin D. Nevergall, Findlay, and Debra S. Nevergall, Findlay, in the
amount of $98,049.86, plus interest and costs.
A. Boroff, 24, Oakwood, was sentenced to 16 months in prison for
violating the terms of supervision with credit given for 273 days
served. The violations included failing to follow an order of his
supervising officer, changing his residence without permission Jan. 18,
2014, and testing positive for marijuana and methamphetamine. He was
originally convicted of disrupting public service.
