Kevin Moore Jr., 21, Defiance, was ordered to complete the WORTH Center program for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included acting in a disorderly manner on Nov. 9, 2013 causing damage to a residence in Defiance, and consuming alcohol. He was placed on three years community control and ordered to obtain employment. He was originally charged with discharge of a firearm (attempt).

February 3

Janelle L. Nienberg, Lima, was granted a divorce from Jeromy L. Nienberg, Cloverdale. They were married Aug. 24, 2002, in Cloverdale, and have two children.

February 6

Joe E. Bonar, 55, Oakwood, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. He faces up to 12 months in prison, $2,500 in fines and six-months to five-years license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2 p.m. March 13. He was originally charged with illegal cultivation of marijuana, two counts possession of drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of criminal tools.

February 7

Derek W. Mangas, 21, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to theft and breaking and entering. He faces up to 24 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3 p.m. March 13.
