The following were indicted following the Dec. 18 session of the Putnam County Grand Jury.
Gary L. Badertscher, 53, Gilboa; four counts endangering children, compulsion to involuntary servitude, two counts disseminating materials harmful to juveniles, six counts pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor, 33 counts illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.
Carl S. Dugger, 67, Columbus Grove; three counts gross sexual imposition.
Ted A. Hart, 52, Ottawa; two counts gross sexual imposition.
Robert F. Briner, Jr., 19, Belmore; aggravated arson and burglary.

Jeffrey T. Brightman, 25,Toledo; identity fraud, forgery and driving under suspension.
Luis M. Rocha, 23, Ottawa; two counts trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in cocaine with specification, and two counts permitting drug abuse.
Justin F. Fulmer, 26, West Leipsic; two counts trafficking in marijuana and trafficking in marijuana with specification.
Amanda M. Hiegel, 26, West Leipsic; trafficking in marijuana with specification.
Victor R. Magallanes, 24, Leipsic; two counts trafficking in cocaine.
Gabriel Mata, 33, Columbus Grove; two counts trafficking in marijuana.
Crystal R. Warner, 24, Columbus Grove; two counts permitting drug abuse.
Devan R. Quiroga, 23, Deshler; theft.
Abbie L. Holton, 24, Cloverdale; theft of checks and forgery (uttering).
Rodney Hall, 47, Allen County Jail; non-support of dependents.
December 17
Nathan D. Aguirre, 36, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to four years in prison for felonious assault with credit for 95 days served. He must pay restitution of $1,570.02.
Isaiah P. Rayle, 30, Findlay, was sentenced to 30 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included attempting to cause bodily harm to a seven-year-old on Aug. 6, 2013 and failing to make payments toward his financial obligations since July 11, 2011. He was ordered to pay restitution of $1,421.14 and $500 to MAN unit. He was originally convicted of trafficking in marijuana.
Stafford C. Mitchell, 30, Curtice, was granted judicial release and transferred to the WORTH Center. He was originally convicted of theft from an elderly person and receiving stolen property.
Atlantic Credit & Finance Special Finance Unit, LLC, Columbus, was granted judgment against George W. Pitney, Continental, and Kimberly A. Pitney, Continental, in the amount of $13,924.41, plus interest and costs.

Traffic/Dec. 11
Steven D. Gerten, 56, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days jail, 27 suspended, fined $250, and credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.
Criminal/Dec. 12
Xavier T. Navarro, 32, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to persistent disorderly conduct, sentenced to 10 days jail, nine suspended, and fined $100. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Alan Metzger, Fort Jennings, to pay judgment of $526.17, plus interest and costs to St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.

Steven Brown, Pandora, to pay judgment of $151.08, plus interest and costs to Orthopaedic Institute of Ohio, Lima.
Pamela J. Rodriguez, Leipsic, to pay judgment of $1,538.82, plus interest and costs to St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
Rickey Drew, Continental, to pay judgment of $643.61, plus interest and costs to Lima Radiological Associates.
Criminal/Dec. 16
Gilbert R. Alvarez, 51, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of immunity, sentenced to 30 days jail, suspended, and fined $25. Two counts persistent disorderly conduct were dismissed.
Sara J. Klett, 29, 17 W. Sugar St., Leipsic, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension and was fined $200.

Mallory L. Kaufman, Ottawa, to pay judgment of $128, plus interest and the cost of suit taxed at $95 to Anesthesia Associates of Lima, Inc.
Jeremie J. Salaz, Ottawa, to pay judgment of $8,084.18, plus interest and costs to Cab East, LLC, Mesa, Ariz.
Donald Maag, Fort Jennings, and Vicky Maag, Fort Jennings, to pay judgment of $1,024.65, plus interest and costs to St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
