Shawn A. Heuerman, Cloverdale, and Candise E. Heuerman, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 5, 2007 in Grand Rapids, and have two children.

December 3

Atreyu A. Baldridge, 28, Hamler, was sentenced to 10 days jail for failure to pay child support. He was granted work release.

December 6

Michael K. Schwaiger, 59, Ottawa, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for cultivation of marijuana and 12 months for possession of drugs. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently and he was fined $10,000. His license was suspended for 12 months. Charges including possession of drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of criminal tools were dismissed.

December 10

Ethan J. Yinger, 22, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for theft of checks. He was given credit for 124 days served and must pay restitution of $3,970. He was originally charged with forgery, theft and uttering.

Wells Fargo Bank, Fort Mill, S.C., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Jessica Tousley, Columbus Grove, and Chad Tousley, Port Charlotte, Fla., in the amount of $69,072.50, plus interest and costs.

Michael D. Morman, Ottawa, was appointed to the Putnam County Veterans Service Commission to a term starting Jan. 1, 2014 through Dec. 31, 2018.

December 11

Terry L. Dockery, Jr., Continental, and Angela K. Dockery, Continental, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 25, 1998 in Continental, and have two children.
