Christine M. Wilson, 50, McComb, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for theft, value of $7,500 but less than $150,000, and 18 months in prison for tampering with records following a jury trial. The court found she had a previous felony conviction of bank embezzlement resulting in a prison term and ordered the sentence to be served consecutively. She was given credit for 38 days served and ordered to pay $89,084.44 to Cherry’s Propane of Ottawa.
Amanda M. Hiegel, 26, West Leipsic, was sentenced to three consecutive days in jail for trafficking in drugs (attempt). She was placed on one year probation, must obtain employment and pay $161 to the MAN unit.
Amy J. Mouk, 36, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to three consecutive days in jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included failing to comply with directives of the child support office. She was placed on three years community control, must obtain employment and submit all medication documentation to her supervising officer. She was originally convicted of felony non-support.
