LIMA — ArtSpace/Lima will host the 28th Annual Kewpee High School Art Invitational from Feb. 26 to April 9. The exhibition, which will feature cash awards, includes works in various categories, including sculpture, photography, painting, digital media, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, jewelry, and drawing. The Kewpee Exhibit is generously sponsored by Kewpee Restaurants of Lima.

Approximately 20 area high schools are expected to exhibit their students’ work in the show.

Jurors for the exhibit are Jim Fultz, Assistant Professor of Art at Bluffton University and Joe Bonifas, retired art teacher at Shawnee High School.

An opening reception will be held on Friday, Feb. 26 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Kewpee hamburgers and cheeseburgers will be served at the reception, as well as tastes of Februcherry pie. Awards will be presented at 7:15 p.m.
