Said Premises Located at 20215 Road C-20, Continental, OH 45831. Said Premises Appraised at $95,000.00 (Ninety Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars) and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount at the initial sale.

For want of bidders, or insufficient bid at the initial sale, the property will be offered for sale a second time on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. There will be no minimum bid at the provisional second sale.

Terms of Sale: For this property, an initial deposit of $5,000.00 is due and payable at the Sheriff’s Office, Civil Division, by 4:00 P.M., the day of the sale. The balance of the amount bid is due and payable upon confirmation of sale and delivery of deed. The purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowances, and taxes if the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover them. All payments are payable by certified check or Money Order.
